Database of Central Electronic Inaccessibility Decisions (KEHTA)

The KEHTA application is the processing and registration system of the National Media and Infocommunications Authority (NMIA). NMIA is Act C of 2003 on Electronic Communications 159 / B. (3), from January 1, 2014, operates the database of the Central Electronic Accessibility Decisions (KEHTA) and processes the data received for operation. The system is responsible for processing the resolutions of the NOJ and NTCA, feedback of the results of the processing and notification of the decision-making service providers.
